Brownie Ice Cream Sandwich
1 (21.5 oz) package Best Choice
® Brownie Mix, plain
2 cups Best Choice
® Magic Marshmellows Cereal
1 quart Best Choice
® Vanilla Ice Cream, slightly softened
Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 15x10x1-inch baking pan and line with wax paper; lightly grease
wax paper. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Sprinkle cereal evenly over
top. Press down lightly. Bake 15 to 18 minutes; do not overbake. Cool in pan 10 minutes; turn brownie out of pan cereal side down on cooling rack. Cool. Carefully remove wax paper. Cover;
chill 1 hour.
Cut in half to make two squares. Place 1 square cereal side down on tray or cookie sheet; spread with ice cream. Top ice cream with second square cereal side up. Freeze, covered, for 4 hours or overnight.
Cut in 12 squares. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 12 Servings.
